III. BEFORE FIRST USE
UNPACKING THE UNIT AND DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
ELEMENTS
•
Remove all packing material from around the device, as
well as the protective parts from inside the device
compartments.
•
The cardboard packaging and the sheets of paper are
recyclable. They must be disposed of in the collection bins provided
for this purpose.

Materials bearing the symbol
are recyclable:
>PE<= polyéthylène ; >PS<= polystyrène ; >PP<= polypropylène
This means that they can be recycled by depositing them in appropriate
collection containers.

The other packaging elements (adhesive, fasteners, etc.) must be
disposed of with household waste.

2. CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
Clean all parts of the freezer with water and a mild detergent solution.
Rinse it thoroughly and dry it with a soft cloth.
Note
: The electrical parts of the device can only be cleaned with a dry
cloth.
3. FIRST USE
ABefore using the freezer, remove all packing materials and
protections from the freezer.
Adjust the adjustable feet and clean the inside and outside of the
freezer with water and a mild detergent solution. Rinse thoroughly
and dry with a soft cloth. Do not start the freezer immediately after
installation. You must wait 2-6 hours before switching on the device
when switching it on for the first time. To avoid accident, do not
cover the power cord.
