Instead of steam, hot water is
coming out of the steam tap.
1. The water supply solenoid
valve.
2. Level sensor.
3. Heat exchanger.
1. Clean any deposits which have
built up around the plunger seal.
2. Check the connections; remove
any scale on the sensor.
3.Possible split, exchanger seal worn
out - repair or replace seal.

The espresso produced by
the machine are too long.
Incorrect programming.
Re-program machine and check the
coffee grind.

Water is dripping from the
group, regardless of whether
the filter holder is in place or
not.
The group solenoid valve:
• plunger seals worn out
• scale or dirt deposits
Clean or replace the plunger.

Water escaping from the filter
holder despite a good service.
Faulty or damaged filter
holder seals.
Clean and change the seals (002710)
if necessary.

Continual dripping from the
steam wand and hot water
tap.
The waterproof washers on
the wand/taps have worn out.
Replace the gasket (407502) and the
lip seal (407501)

Neither the hot water nor the
steam function are working.
Check in numerical order:
1. the pressure switch
2. the immersion heater
3. relays
1.Check if the pressure switch is
working: adjust/ replace
2.Replace the immersion heater.
3.Check the relays and change if
necessary
