Proper use
The clock radio AV-631 serves for the reception of radio signals and
as a waking alarm at home.
The audio signal is produced via the built-in speaker.
This product is only certified for connection to a 230V~/50Hz (10/16
A) alternating voltage (AC). For power supply during power outages,
only a battery may be used (see "Technical data” for type).
Use is only permitted in closed rooms, meaning not out in the open.
Contact with dripping or splashing water, e.g. in bathrooms or simi-
lar rooms, must be strictly avoided.
Another use than the one described above leads to damages to the
product and is also associated with dangers like short circuit, fire,
electric shock, etc.
The entire product may not be altered or modified and the casing
may not be opened!
The safety instructions must be strictly observed!

voorwaarden van de geldende Europese en nationale richtlij-
nen. De conformiteit is aangetoond en de overeenkomstige ver-
klaringen en documenten zijn bij de fabrikant gedeponeerd.
Volg de instructies van de gebruiksaanwijzing op om deze status
van het apparaat te handhaven en een gevaarloze werking te garan-
deren!
