d) Programming
Programming is only possible if the room thermostat is in normal mode (alternate
display of temperature and time).
Different temperature curves can be programmed for every day of the week (in steps of 30
minutes).
Depending on the time of the day and day of the week, you can thus for example set the
normal heating mode temperature for the morning and evening („
“), the temperature
during the day a little lower to save energy („
“), and an even lower temperature at night
(„ “).
You can set a different programme for every day („1“ = Monday, „2“ = Tuesday, … „7“ =
Sunday), or use the three day blocks:
„Monday.....Friday“ (Display: „1 2 3 4 5“)
„Saturday .....Sunday“ (Display: „6 7 „)
„Monday.....Sunday“ (Display: „1 2 3 4 5 6 7“)
Proceed as follows for programming:
• Hold down the „
“ button (approx. 3 seconds) until the weekday or one of the day
blocks starts flashing. Then release the button.
• You can select the desired weekday or day block (see above) with the „
“ and „
“
buttons.
• Confirm the selection with „
“.
• Now the time display „0:00“ and the first point column in the bar display for the
temperature curve flash.
• Press „
“ , „
“ or „
“ to select one of the three temperature values set (see
Chapter 11 c):
Normal temperature value (two dots in the bar display)
Temperature value for night reduction (no dots in the bar display)
Temperature value for economic operation (one dot in the bar display)
• Now set the desired period for the selected temperature value with „
“ and „
“
(in steps of 30 minutes).
• If another period is to be set with another temperature value, press the buttons „
“,
„
“ or „
“ to select the respective temperature value (see above). Then you can
set the period for this temperature value again with the buttons „
“ and „
“.
