7. Commissioning
Advanced DMX mode
• Press the button MODE (1) until the display (4) shows “d3”. “d3” means that the device is in advanced DMX mode.
• The display (4) alternates between “d3” and the DMX starting address. It can be changed with the buttons
UP (2) and DOWN (3).
In this operating mode, the effect light receives signals from three DMX channels. The DMX signals from
the controller are output unchanged at the DMX OUT (6) port, so that subsequent effect lights are
controlled synchronously.
The purpose of this advanced DMX operation is providing experienced users with the full control
options for the DMX functions.

Condition after switching on
• The device stores the last operating mode set and recovers it after it is switched on again.
• In DMX operation or slave operation, the DMX values are deleted when switching off.
Behaviour at DMX signal loss
• The effect light retains its current condition when the DMX signal is lost.
• The speed settings are deleted automatically.
