Intended use
The product is intended for the measurement and wireless transmission of the rotation speeds of the pedal
drive and the wheel of a bicycle to a compatible smartphone.
The sensor is battery powered.
It is imperative that you follow the safety instructions and all other information contained in this user manual.
Any other than the intended use described above might result in product damage and furthermore cause
hazards such as electric shock.

This symbol informs you about specific risks when handling, operating or using the product.

• Due to safety and approval concerns (CE) the product must not be modified and/or altered
without authorization.
• This product is not a toy, keep it out of the reach of children.
• Please ensure that the the bike sensor does not obstruct the functionality of the rotating parts
of the bicycle during assembly.
• Always concentrate on the road or the traffic when cycling. Do not get distracted by looking at
your smartphone or when operating the app. There is a risk to life by falling. If necessary hold
onto a suitable point if you want to operate the app or change the settings in the app.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended, as children could use it as a toy creating hazard-
ous situations.
• If you have any further questions that have not been considered in these operating instruc-
tions, please contact us or any other expert.
Battery instructions
• Keep batteries out of reach of children.
• Do not leave batteries lying around. There is a risk that children or pets swallow batteries. If a battery has
been swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
• Leaking or damaged batteries can cause burns when in contact with skin. You should thus wear suitable
gloves in such a case.
• Chemicals running out of batteries/rechargeable batteries are very aggressive. Objects or surfaces which
can come into contact with it can sometimes be extensively damaged. For that reason, store batteries at a
suitable place.
• Do not short-circuit and disassemble batteries. Do not throw into fire. There is a risk of explosion!
• Do not recharge conventional batteries that are not rechargeable. There is a risk of explosion!
• Please note the correct polarity (plus/+ and Minus/-) when inserting the battery.

Inserting batteries
• Slightly turn the battery compartment lid to the left
anti clockwise with a coin. Remove the battery com-
partment lid.
• Insert new batteries of the “CR2032“ type into the
battery compartment according to their polarity. The
positive pole must point from outside to inside.
• Place the battery compartment lid back on. Please
ensure that the sealing ring is positioned correctly.
• Again turn the battery compartment cover clockwise
to the right with a coin until it is locked. The small
arrow in the battery cover must point to the small
lock symbol on the housing of the sensor.
Installing the pedal magnet
Attach the pedal magnet to the pedal for testing. However, do not undertake any final installation but leave
the cable connector somewhat loose so that the position can still be corrected.
The actual magnet is integrated behind the round part on the housing of the pedal magnets. The round hous-
ing part must pass the corresponding sensor (2) (also see position (2) in the chapter “Operating Elements
of the Sensor”).

Please ensure that the magnet does not obstruct the movement of the pedal.
Installing the sensor
Select one of two rubber mounts depending on the design of the bicycle frame. Then remove the protective
strips of the adhesive tape and and attach the sensor to the frame with two cable ties. Also note the picture
in the previous chapter.
However, do not undertake any final installation, but leave the cable connector somewhat loose so that the
position can still be corrected.
