5.2.2.17 +VBT - Buffer Threshold Setting
This command causes the modem to report the <deassert> and <assert> subparameter values as a <compound ranges of
values>. The OK result code follows the report.

Result Codes
OK <deassert>,<assert>= 0 or 1.
ERROR Otherwise, or if not in Voice Mode.
