2.2 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1.
Site the Smoke Screen, fix to the wall or ceiling as appropriate.
2.
For wall mounting leave minimum 150mm clearance on all sides of the generator.
3.
Make connections as required to the Alarm Panel and Hold-off PIR.
4.
Make connection to the Smoke Screen Interface (if used) and set the key switch to isolate.
5.
Connect mains power.
6.
The Smoke Screen will heat up to operating temperature in approximately 20 minutes.
7.
Make relevant programming settings and set smoke timing for the specified room size.
8.
With the power applied
insert and connect the fluid consumable.
9.
Make sure all tamper switches are closed and you are ready for test.
