connection

if

can
get
connected
to
the
Internet
with
your
computer
directly
attached
to
the
device
provided
by
your
Internet
service
provider.

Check
PPPoE

L2TP

PPTP
user
ID
and
passwords
again.

Call
your
Internet
service
provider
and
check
if
there’s
something
wrong
with
their
service.

If
you
just
can’t
connect
to
one
or
more
websites,

can
still
use
other
Internet
services,
check
the
URL/Keyword
filter.

Try
to
reset
the
router
and
try
again
later.

Reset
or
reboot
