0=No status change.
1=Status change has occurred.
NOTES:
1)
A “status change” is defined as any time a parameter is changed, e.g.,
when a command is successfully executed that changes a value. A status
change also results when there is a fault condition.
2)
A query does not set the status change flag. The status change flag is
cleared after being read.
