Setting up of WAN using Wireless Routing Client
Setting Compex WP11B+ as a wireless routing client enables you to access to the internet
through wireless method. The PCMCIA LAN card will act as a WAN port. It will communicate
with an Access Point and then from there, we can access to Internet through the ADSL/Cable
modem which is connected to the Access Point. In this way, the Ethernet port of Compex
WP11B+ can be used to connect to other networking devices, such as switches to cater for more
PCs.

Setting up Compex WP11B+ as Wireless Routing Client
1.
Connect a crossover cable from the Ethernet port of the Compex WP11B+ to your
workstation.

Power on both your workstation and the Compex WP11B+. The WLAN LED
should light up, indicating the connection has been established.

You may start to configure the Compex WP11B+ before connecting to the Internet.
