Remedy
Be sure Power switch is On
Replace building line fuse or reset circuit breaker if open
Reset circuit breaker CB1
Secure gun trigger connections
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check Power switch.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check all board
Thermostat TP1 open (overheating). Allow fan to run; the
Connect work clamp to get good metal to metal contact.
Replace contact tip
An overload condition occurred. Release gun trigger
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check main control board
Connect unit to proper input voltage or check for low line voltage
Check input voltage jumper links and correct position if necessary
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check main control board.
Readjust front panel settings.
Change to correct size drive rolls
Readjust drive roll pressure
Replace inlet guide, contact tip, and/or liner if necessary
Check position of input jumper links
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check main control board.
Reset circuit breaker CB1
Turn Wire Speed control to higher setting.
Clear obstruction in gun contact tip or liner.
Readjust drive roll pressure.
Change to correct size drive rolls.
Rethread welding wire.
Check gun trigger and leads. Repair or replace gun if necessary.
Have Factory Authorized Service Agent check main control board.
No weld output;
wire does not feed.
No weld output;
wire feeds.
Low weld output.
Low, high, or erratic
wire speed.
