The device gets slower each
time I use it.
Too many document shortcuts
are taking up memory.
1. See how many recently
used document
shortcuts exist by
pressing the Windows
key, then select
Documents.
2. Remove seldom used
document shortcuts by
deleting them from the
Windows/ Recent folder.
The memory needs to be
refreshed.
Save your data, then
perform a full reset.
The device does not have
enough space to save my
work.
The device ran out of memory.

Close all open
applications and delete
files that are not being
used.

Adjust the amount of
available storage
memory.

Upgrade memory if
