To position and align the tape drive in the slide-out drive tray, use the
following table to determine which holes to use to align the tape drive.
For more details, refer to the hood label.

Once the tape drive is aligned, secure the tape drive with retaining
screws.
9.
Repeat Steps 5-7 for all tape drives to be installed.
10.
Place the slide-out drive tray in the enclosure at an angle and lay it flat.
Then, slide it toward the front of the enclosure.
NOTE:
Ensure that the cut outs on the drive cage line up with the tabs on the enclosure.

11.
Secure the tape drive assembly by tightening the thumbscrew.
NOTE:
It is not necessary to replace the shipping screw.
12.
After the slide-out drive tray is installed, connect the SCSI connector
and the power supply to the tape drives.
