Press the button on the both side

Press the A and B, then pull the filter.

How to Remove the horizontal louver 

Step

Open the horizontal louver,

 

push the 

locker to

 the

right to open it. 

Step

Bend the horizontal louver lightly, remove it 
from the indoor unit.
