9.1 Basic Setup
Click on “QoS” and select “Basic Setup”

link.
QoS Basic Setup Section:

QoS Operation: To activate QoS, you need to click on the
« Start » button. If the field « QoS Status » is already displaying
« started », QoS is already active.
