if the message “Invalid ID/password” is displayed, you
may have mistype the PPPoE user account or login. Please
verify, make sure you have correctly entered upper and
lowercase characters. Letters I (India) in uppercase and l
(Lima) in lowercase, 0 (zero) and 0 (Oscar) may be very similar
in some fonts.

If the “Conn. State” is remaining unchanged, PPPoE may
not be the kind of service provided by your ISP. Please verify it
and restart the Internet wizard.
