Day 1 Ring
Use this procedure to choose the line ports you want to ring at stations during the Day 1 ringing mode. Refer to
the paragraph below titled, Day 1, Day 2, and Night Ringing Begin and End Times, to set the beginning and
ending times for this ringing.
1. Go to STATIONS, then STATION PROGRAMMING.
2. Go to RINGING ASSIGNMENTS.
3. Click on DAY 1 RING...
4. Highlight the lines for which you wish to turn on Day 1 Ring, and click ADD.
5. Click OK, then click APPLY.
Day 2 Ring
Use this procedure to choose the line ports you want to ring at stations during the Day 2 ringing mode. Refer to
the paragraph below titled, Day 1, Day 2, and Night Ringing Begin and End Times, to set the beginning and
ending times for this ringing.
1. Go to STATIONS, then STATION PROGRAMMING.
2. Go to RINGING ASSIGNMENTS
3. Click on DAY 2 RING...
4. Highlight the lines for which you wish to turn on Day 2 Ring, and click ADD.
5. Click OK, then click APPLY.
Day 1, Day 2, And Night Ringing Begin And End Times
With this programming procedure, set the begin and end times of the Day 1, Day 2, and Night ringing time
periods.
1. Go to SYSTEM, then PARAMETERS, then OPTIONS 1.
2. In the Ringing Times box, enter the begin and end times (in hh:mm format) for Day 1, Day 2, and Night
ringing.
3. Click APPLY.
