Rear-facing Use - Infants less the 33 lbs. (15 kg)
and 36 inches (91 cm):
- Infant seat insert must be used for rear-facing use for infants less
than 25 lbs. (11.4 kg). To install infant insert, see “Infant Insert” section.
- Shoulder harness position:
a. Shoulder harness straps MUST be through harness slots
at or below the shoulders of the infant.
b. Use the top, middle or lowest sets of harness slots rear-facing
(fig. a)
.

Position” section.
Forward-facing Use - Toddlers over 20 lbs. (9 kg)
and 1 year old:
- Infant seat insert MUST be used for forward-facing use for children
weighing less than 25 lbs. (11.4 kg) and whose shoulders are at
or below top harness slots.
- Shoulder harness position:
a. Shoulder harness MUST be through slots at or above shoulders of child.
b. Use only the middle or top sets of harness slots forward-facing
(fig. b)

• DO NOT use this car seat rear-facing in a vehicle front seating location with an air bag.
• Proper installation is required. LATCH lower anchor belt MUST be properly routed through
LATCH belt path channel or vehicle lap belt MUST be properly routed under lap belt tabs
with base facing front of vehicle.
• Rear-facing car seat must be properly reclined:
- Too reclined can result in injury or ejection.
- Too upright can result in breathing difficulties.
• For proper harness fit:
- Infant seat insert must be used with small infants less than 25 lbs. (11.4 Kg).
- Discontinue use of the infant inserts when shoulder belts become too short to fit
infant or when forward-facing, child’s shoulders are above top harness slots.
• Never put car seat in a front vehicle seat unless recommended by the vehicle owner’s
manual.

The Zeus 360º Convertible Car Seat is a unique design that rotates from forward-facing position to rear-facing
position and back to the forward-facing position without having to release the LATCH or vehicle seat belts.
Correct use of this car seat is extremely important. Death or serious injury can occur from incorrect use.
Follow all instructions in this manual and on car seat labels at all times.
