CLEANING SEAT PAD AND HEADREST PAD
- To remove seat pad first detach shoulder straps (see “Harness -
Changing Length, Shoulder Harness Slots and Removal” section).
- To remove headrest pad, slide pad off sides of headrest.
- Wash according to the instructions on the back of the seat pad or
headrest pad.
CAUTION: When replacing the seat pad always check that the
shoulder straps are correctly secured to the metal harness plate. See
“To Reattach” in “Harness - Changing Length, Shoulder Harness Slots
and Removal” section.
CLEANING HARNESS
- Surface wash with mild soap and damp cloth.
If harness straps are frayed or heavily soiled, they MUST be replaced.
CLEANING SHELL
- Wipe with a mild solution of soap and water. Avoid wetting labels.
Never use “household detergents”: they can weaken plastic.
CLEANING BUCKLE
- Rinse buckle with warm water. DO NOT use household detergents.
Never lubricate buckle.
