Check Base installation

Secure Base with
Vehicle Lap Belt
.
To secure Base with Vehicle Lap
and Shoulder Belt, go to step 8.
To secure Base with Vehicle Lap Belt:
- Pass the vehicle Lap belt over the front
of the base threading the belt under the
vehicle belt routing tabs, and through the
built-in Locking Clip
(fig. b)
and buckle belt.
- Tighten vehicle belt to secure the base.
Press down in center of Base to depress
the vehicle cushion while tightening
vehicle belt
(fig. c)

- Proceed to step 9.

:
- Pass the vehicle Lap
and Shoulder belt over
the base threading the
belt under the vehicle belt
routing tabs, and through
the built-in Locking Clip

and buckle belt.
- Tighten vehicle belt to
secure the base. Press
down in center of base
to depress the vehicle
cushion while pulling on
shoulder belt to tighten
vehicle lap belt
