3.5.11 CONNECT TO PC 

The local commissioning and management for MOU and RRU is achieved through connecting to the 

OMT  PC  locally,  while  for  ROU,  no  local  connection  to  OMT  PC  is  designed,  the  ROU  can  be 

monitored locally through the RRU connected with it.  

 

Connect MOU to PC 

 

Connect the RS-232 port located on the MCU of MOU to the serial port of PC with the RS-232 cable 

supplied to achieve local monitoring and management. 

 

 

Connect RRU to PC

 

 

Local commissioning and management of RRU is achieved through the “RS-232” on the distribution 

board of the equipment and the OMT PC via the RS-232 commissioning cable supplied. 

 

With the equipment enclosure opened, the OMT PC can be connected internally. (Via the “RS-232” 

port on the distribution board) with a nine-PIN commissioning cable (R-9122C/R9122AC).
