CONTROL PANEL
WARNING: It is forbidden to alter pressure parameters without
authorisation from AEROTECNICA COLTRI.
Any unauthorised modifications shall render the warranty
null and void.
1 ON pushbutton
To start the compressor press the green ON pushbutton. The compressor
will then run until the pressure that has been set on the adjustable
pressure switch is reached or until the safety valve release over pressure.
2 Stop pushbutton
Press the stop pushbutton to shut down the compressor.
Check that the stop pushbutton is working properly at the start of each
working day.
3 Manual condensate discharge button
Pressing the yellow manual condensate discharge button drains
the condensate collected in the special recipient during use of the
compressor (no further tasks required: drainage interval managed with
the pressure switch timer).
4 Emergency pushbutton
The emergency pushbutton it must be used in danger or emergency
situations. Pressing the pushbutton shuts down compressor operation
and the pushbutton remains press-locked; to reset the pushbutton
rotate it anticlockwise.
Check that the emergency pushbutton is working properly at the start
of each working day.
WARNING: IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO TAMPER WITH THE
EMERGENCY PUSHBUTTON.
5 Power indicator light
When the power indicator light is on the compressor is powered.
6 Direction of rotation warning light
If the light comes on this means that the direction of compressor
rotation is incorrect. To restore correct rotation see section “6.1.2
Checking electrical phase connections”.
7 Oil level warning light
If the light comes on this means that the oil level is too low; to restore
the oil level see section “7.8 Changing lubricating oil”.
8 Thermostat cabinet interior temperature
The thermostat indicates the temperature inside the compressor. If
the temperature is higher or lower than the parameters set on the
thermostat the compressor shuts down and can only be restarted once
temperature has returned within the permitted range.
WARNING: Temperature parameters must not be changed
without prior authorisation from AEROTECNICA COLTRI: doing so
will render the warranty null and void (where still valid).
9 Hour counter
The hour counter indicates the number of working hours of the
IMPORTANT: If malfunction situations occur in the command
device or control devices, contact AEROTECNICA COLTRI.

PANEL DE MANDO
ATENCIÓN: Se prohíbe modificar los parámetros de presión
sin autorización de AEROTECNICA COLTRI so pena el
vencimiento de la garantía, caso que el compresor aún esté
cubierto por la misma.
1 Pulsador de encendido
Presionando el pulsador de encendido verde se pone en marcha el
compresor. El compresor funciona hasta alcanzar la presión calibrada en
el presóstato regulable o cuando las válvulas de seguridad entran en
funcionamiento.
2 Pulsador de paro
Presionando el pulsador de paro se detiene el funcionamiento del
compresor.
Compruebe, antes de cada jornada de trabajo, que el pulsador de paro
funciona perfectamente.
3 Pulsador de descarga de la condensación manual
Presionando el pulsador de descarga de la condensación manual
amarillo se descarga la condensación acumulada durante el uso del
compresor en el recogedor correspondiente (operación suplementaria
no necesaria; gestión intervalos descarga condensación con
temporizador presóstato).
4 Pulsador de emergencia
El pulsador de emergencia debe utilizarse en las situaciones de peligro
o de emergencia. Presionando el pulsador se detiene el funcionamiento
del compresor y el pulsador se mantiene pulsado; para restablecer el
pulsador, gírelo en sentido antihorario.
Compruebe, antes de cada jornada de trabajo, que el pulsador de
emergencia funciona perfectamente.
ATENCIÓN: SE PROHÍBE TERMINANTEMENTE ABRIR EL PULSADOR
DE EMERGENCIA.
5 Piloto de presencia corriente
Cuando el piloto de presencia tensión está encendido significa que hay
presencia de corriente eléctrica.
6 Piloto del sentido de rotación
Cuando el piloto está encendido significa que el sentido de rotación del
compresor es erróneo. Para restablecer el sentido justo de rotación véase
el párrafo “6.1.2 Comprobación de conexión de las fases eléctricas”.
7 Piloto del nivel del aceite
Si se enciende el piloto significa que el nivel del aceite es insuficiente;
para restablecer el nivel véase el párrafo “7.8 Sustitución del aceite
lubricante”.
8 Termostato temperatura interna de la cabina
El termostato indica la temperatura dentro del compresor. Si la
temperatura es superior o inferior a los parámetros programados en el
termostato, el compresor se detiene y sólo se podrá volver a poner en
marcha cuando la temperatura entre dentro de los límites.
ATENCIÓN: Se prohíbe modificar los parámetros de temperatura
sin la autorización de AEROTECNICA COLTRI so pena la anulación
de la garantía, caso que todavía no haya vencido.
9 Contador
El contador horario indica las horas de funcionamiento efectivo del
AVISO: Si se presentan anomalías en los dispositivos de mando
o de control, póngase en contacto con AEROTECNICA COLTRI.
