2. Let the mixture completely circulate through the device. Repeat the process if the
water still circulates slowly.
3. After you have

nished decalcifying the device, allow water to circulate through the
device at least three times (without coffee grounds/a coffee pad) in order to rinse
the lines etc.

If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself

• Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
• Is the device activated? Push the On/Off switch.

cient water in the water tank?
The thermo cup / ce-
ramic cup is over-

• The water tank is over

lled. Always

ll the water tank with
an amount of water that the cup located under the coffee
spout is capable of holding!
The device is not
brewing coffee or the
brewing process is
very slow.
• There is no water in the water tank.
• No coffee has been added to the permanent

lter.
• The device must be decalci

ed (see chapter “Care and de-
calci

cation”).
