If the concentration of toxic gas in that zone falls below the concentration level of ventilation 1,
ventilation of the zone will stop only after the lapse of the delay time to stop of ventilation 1.
By contrast (only DVB models), if the concentration in that zone continues to increase,
ventilation 2 zone will be activated only after be above this level more than the delay time to
activation of ventilation 2.
