FLYING THE SKY SCANNER
WARNING:
Incorrect operation of the Sky Scanner HD Quadcopter may result in severe injury, loss of

TIP:
The best way to know which direction the Sky Scanner is facing, is by the coloured LEDs on its base. The
red lights will face forwards, while the green lights face backwards
4.1 First Flight and Auto Hover
a.
After unlocking flight controls, push the left throttle up to increase the altitude to
approximately 3m
b.
Release the throttle and the Sky Scanner will hover at this height
c.
Use the left throttle to turn left or right as needed
d.
Use the right throttle to move left, right, forwards and backwards
4.2 Landing the Sky Scanner
a.
Push and hold the left throttle down to lower the Sky Scanner to ground level
b.
Continue holding the throttle down making slight corrections as needed until the
propellers slow and eventually stop
c.
Turn off the Remote Control and Power Off the Sky Scanner
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If both the red and green LEDs begin flashing while you are flying your Sky Scanner, this
indicates the battery is running low. Land your Sky Scanner immediately on a level surface
