To open the windshield make sure the vertical slots in the
mechanism are aligned. Swing the windshield open until the
windshield post falls into the vertical slots and the mechanism
locks.

To close the windshield release the locking mechanism by

pulling the forward-facing button. Swing the windshield into
place.
