Remote maintenance is carried out using the "TeamViewer Quick Support" remote desktop tool,
which enables our support department to remotely maintain your computer.
The requirement for this is an internet-compatible control PC and the download of the
TeamViewer software version from our website.

Download the TeamViewer version from our website
https://www.cnc-step.com/support/teamviewer/
and run the program. The following picture appears (Fig. 37):

The software directly generates your ID (identification number) and a password. With this
access data you can contact our support department by phone. With the help of this data,
you grant our support staff access to your desktop and they can now show and explain all
relevant steps in real time by means of sound and images.
