8 MAINTENANCE
General
Maintenance must be performed by authorized centres or by
qualified personnel
The maintenance allows to:
x
maintaining the unit efficient
x
reduce the deterioration speed all the equipment is subject to
over time
x
collect information and data to understand the efficiency state
of the unit and prevent possible faults
WARNING
Ÿ Before checking, please verify the following:
Ÿ the electrical power supply line should be isolated at the
beginning
Ÿ the line isolator device is open, locked and equipped with the
suitable warning sign
Ÿ make sure no tension is present
Ÿ
After switching the power off, wait at least 5 minutes before
accessing to the electrical panel or any other electrical
component.
Ÿ Before accessing check with a multimeter that there are no
residual stresses.
Frequency of interventions
Perform an inspection every 6 months.
However, frequency depends on the type of use.
Pan inspections at close intervals in the event of:
x
frequent use (continuous or very intermittent use, near the
operating limits, etc)
x critical use (service necessary)
