day, at the details below. PLEASE HAVE THE MODEL NUMBER AND
SERIAL NUMBER AVAILABLE. This information is printed on the label on
the side of the HCS enclosure. If a contact is made after business hours or
on weekends, please leave a name, telephone number, the unit serial
number, and a brief description of the problem. A Service Representative
will reply back at the earliest opportunity.
