Remove the threaded rod with flat eyes from the corner pieces by removing the nut and ring on the front of the flat
eye (fig.5).
Slide the corner pieces downwards. Replace the threaded rod in the position shown in fig.6.
Make sure there is also a nut behind each flat eye.
Position the rod so it is horizontal and fits in the rounding of the lug of the (corner) seat (fig.7).
Tighten the hexagonal bolts of the corner pieces with a spanner and push the corner piece as far back as possible
so it does not protrude beyond the frame.
The swivel nut must be horizontal in the frame profile.
Make sure when tightening that the corner pieces do not come under pressure because of a too small centre to
centre distance between the flat eyes. If necessary turn one of the flat eyes back a little on the threaded rod.
10)
Now pull the (corner) seat against the frame by tightening the nuts on the front of the flat eyes.
Should the outreach not be sufficient, the corner pieces can be turned 180
°
in relation to the frame.
After tightening, tighten the check nut behind the flat eye screw with a spanner.
11)
All visible seams must be sealed with anti-fungal sanitary cement (not supplied).
This applies for the seams between the seat elements and between the seat element and the floor.
Depending on conditions the discolouration of the cement can occur. If cleaning gives an insufficient result the joint
can be replaced. This replacement is not covered by the guarantee.
