Tap the end of the H-channel as needed so it is one (1)

inch from the upper end (no tape) of the polycarbonate
panel.
ATTENTION:
The 1" clearance allows for the
installation of the aluminum U-channel (104213) that
will be installed later in these instructions.
Depending on the lengths of the polycarbonate panels
and the H-channel and the installation, the lower ends
may not be aligned. If the recommended baseboard is
installed, these irregular ends are covered.
Take the prepared panel and, with the proper

assistance, set it on the frame. Position the unfinished
edge against the H-channel attached to the rafter.

WARNING:
To prevent injury and damage to the panels
and property, DO NOT attempt to set panels in place
during windy or stormy conditions. Use adequate
assistance.
Slide the unfinished edge (the edge without H-channel)

into the H-channel attached to the end rafter. See
arrows below.
NOTE:
The panel must bend around the rafter as it is
inserted into the edge of the H-channel.
Square the panel on the frame, realign the Tek screw

holes in the H-channel with the holes on the top of the
inside rafter, and secure the H-channel to the rafter.
