Video Format
– Video codec used to display video in this call
Video Resolution
– Video resolution used in this call
Video Bandwidth
– Bandwidth used by the video in this call
Video Frame Rate
– Video frame rate used in this call
Audio Format
– Audio codec used to sound audio in this call
Audio Bandwidth
– Bandwidth used by the audio in this call
Encryption Mode
– Type of encryption used in this call (if encryption is used)
Call Protocol
– Protocol of the current call
Packet Loss
– Percentage of packets that did not arrive at their destination
USING CALL TONES
When making calls the call operator can request a Password or DTMF tone to connect.
OPERATOR REQUEST FOR PASSWORD
The Operator can request you to access a conference password to proceed with the call. To
enter a conference password:
Use the remote control, and press the numeric pad.
The screen shows DTMF message: "DTMF signal **** sent" representing the numbers
pressed on the keypad.
OPERATOR REQUEST FOR TELEPHONE TONE
The Operator can request you to connect using a dial-tone to proceed with the call. To enter
DTMF tone:
Use the remote control, dial using the numeric pad

The screen shows DTMF message: "DTMF signal **** sent" representing the numbers
pressed on the keypad.
