1. Press EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
2. Turn FUNCTION SELECTOR to "DEPRESSURIZE" and let pot
drain excess water in pot.
3. Repeat “INITIAL SETUP”
Shutting Down
1. Run in Water Only mode for 15 seconds
2. Run in Air Only mode for 15 seconds
3. Press EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
4. Open SLURRY DUMP VALVE to empty pot. CAUTION: Media will
spray slightly when initially opening valve.

Maximum pot media capacity is 100lbs

Suggested settings:
45psi blast pressure - abrasive dose knob: ½ 1/2 turn open
65psi blast pressure - abrasive dose knob: 1 turn open
80+psi blast pressure - abrasive dose knob: 2 turn open

When changing settings, allow +/- 30 seconds of blast time to
see adjustments take effect

"WATER ONLY" can be used to clean jobsite and/or objects
being blasted

Pneumatic trigger will not have air supply until system is in
blast mode and pot is pressurized.
