Items Needed for Operation
Blast Hose with Nozzle
Comes with 1” I.D. Blast Hose and #6 nozzle
Nozzle sizes may vary between #5, #6, #7
Air Supply*
Recommend 185+CFM/100psi. Can run on as little as
130CFM/100psi
Max 150psi Inlet supply pressure.
**WARNING: DO NOT EXCEED!**
Air Hose*
Recommend min. 1” air hose w/ 1” quick coupler (Chicago style)
Can run with 3/4” air hose but will decrease production!
Water Hose and Supply*
Standard garden hose screw connection
Water pressure supply not to exceed 75psi or auto stop may
malfunction causing water holding tank to overflow.
Media*
Recommend Standard Glass or equivalent product (40/70 mesh
crushed recycled glass)
Do not use material finer than 100 mesh or valves and blast flow
may malfunction or clog.

Extension Blast Hose*
Can use up to 3x additional 50’ lengths or 200 total feet of Blast.
Rust Inhibitor*
Used to prevent flash rusting on steel surfaces
Add to blast pot during media filling process.
