Ironing recommendations
• Before ironing, check whether the fabric you intend to iron has a label with ironing
instructions and follow them. Otherwise, select the correct temperature that corre-
sponds to the type of fabric. The recommended temperature and steam settings are:

• Sensitive articles of clothing should be ironed inside out.
• Sort articles of clothing according to the ironing temperature and start with the articles
that require the lowest temperature. If you reduce the temperature on the device, wait
a few minutes until the soleplate cools off a bit before you continue ironing.
• For best results when ironing, it is recommended that you dry iron the fabric after
steam ironing to remove moisture.
Use
ATTENTION!

After ironing or during prolonged breaks, pull the mains plug out of the socket to pre-
vent injury to persons or damage to property. Never leave the iron unattended if it is
connected to a mains supply and keep children away from it.

Never attempt to iron clothing if it is being worn by someone.
■
Never point the steam directly at people, animals or plants. This can lead to serious
scalds.

Only hold the device by the handle during operation.

Always

rst test the device on a small, unnoticeable area of clothing.

Attention
fi
re damage! Never iron one area for an excessive amount of time. Never
leave the hot soleplate on the fabric or another heat-sensitive base!
