BOILING BRAKE FLUID TESTER

INTRODUCTION

This manual includes safety information and complete instructions for use. Also refer to the information in the

following documents to help you properly test the brake fluid(s):

• Vehicle Service Manual
• Related Technical Bulletin
• The safety data sheet associated with the brake fluid

(1) Please read this manual before using the device.
(2)  This tester is for qualified engineers or technicians only. Keep out of the reach of children and persons who

are not qualified to use the tester.

(3) Do not start a test if the liquid level in the beaker is insufficient. (20 ml recommended)
(4) Please do not touch the test probe when performing the test to avoid burns.
(5)  Please do not reuse the fluid or liquid being tested. The fluid or liquid has been destructured and has a

lower boiling point. It is strongly recommended to discard the sample fluid.

(6)  Always perform an additional test with clean water when testing fluid or liquid. The tester will be cleaned

and checked by this test.

(7)  If a fluid sample is tested continuously, the test result may be different. Because the chemical structure of

the boiled liquid has been changed. This is a normal phenomenon.
