5.7 Frequency measurement
1. Connect the black test lead

2. Set the function selector to
. Frequency is preset
by default, otherwise press
[ Hz % ] to select

3. Connect the test leads to
the circuit to be tested and
read the value.
4. If you wish to measure
the Duty Cycle value, press
[ Hz % ] and select .
Warning:
To avoid personal injury, do not attempt to input voltage higher than 30 V RMS.
Note:
Input amplitude (DC electrical level is zero):
At 10 Hz – 10 MHz: 200 mV ≤ a ≤ 30 V RMS.
5.8 Hold mode
1. Press the [ Hold/Light ] to save the present reading.
2. The buzzer sounds once and
appears on the display when Hold is activated.
3. The reading is deleted if you press the button once again.
Note:
The hold function cannot save readings which are unstable or noisy.
5.9 Backlight
Hold in [ Hold/Light ] for two seconds to turn on the backlight. The light will turn off
automatically after 10 seconds.
