Health hazards
• Toxic fumes can be produced from working with the spray gun that could
be hazardous to your health.
• Only use the spray gun in a well-ventilated area.
• Always use suitable safety goggles, gloves, breathing masks, etc.
to prevent paint, solvents and poisonous fumes from coming into
contact with eyes and skin.
• The sound level stated in the specifications is measured from 1 m behind
the nozzle of the gun and at a height of 1.6 m above ground level.
Other dangers
• Never spray food or chemicals with the spray gun.
• Never modify the spray gun.
Installation
The spray gun must only be used by a trained operator. Make sure that
the spray gun has not been damaged in transit. Make sure that the spray gun
air supply is clean and dry.
1. Connect an air hose to the spray gun and check that the connection is tight.
2. Attach the paint cup to the spray gun.
3. Flush out the gun’s fluid passage using a suitable solvent.
4. Fill the cup with paint, test spray and adjust the paint feed and fan width
accordingly.
