Getting started
1. Unpack the product and make sure to remove all packaging and protective material.
2. Wash the lid and stoneware pot in water and a little washing-up liquid before using
them for the first time.
3. The stoneware pot and lid can be rinsed in water. The housing however, should
never be submerged in or rinsed with water. The housing should only be wiped
clean using paper towels or a damp cloth.
4. Place the stoneware pot and lid back into the housing.
• This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children unless they
are 8 years and older and supervised by an adult. Keep the product
and its mains lead out of reach of children under the age of 8.
• The product may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or persons with a lack of experience or know-
ledge which could jeopardise their safety, provided they have been
instructed in the safe operation of the product and understand
the hazards involved.
• Never let children play with the product.
• Never operate the product by means of an external timer.
