4. Mark out the position of the 4 holes and drill carefully, making sure not to damage
any wiring or fuel lines.
5. Attach the subwoofer using the 4 provided screws.
Connections
• Read the entire instruction manual carefully before mounting the subwoofer
and commencing any wiring.
• Think about how just your installation is to be connected and make sure
you understand the wiring system.
• Make sure that you have the correct tools.
• The instruction manual will help you carry out the installation yourself, but
if you are not sure you should let a tradesman carry out the work.
n.B.
Do not run power leads next to the low level (line in/out) audio cables. The power
leads can generate a whining sound in the subwoofer. Run these cables on separate
sides of the car to avoid interference.
Connecting RCA low-level cable (Recommended)
1. Connect a good quality length of signal cable to the RCA low-level (line out) output
on your car stereo.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the RCA low-level (line in) input
on your subwoofer.
