Maintenance and Adjustment
Check ball-float operation
•
Open the recovery tank cover
•
Remove the ball-float from the stand-pipe adapter (it just slips onto the adapter fitting)
•
The ball should move freely inside it’s cage all the way to the top, and all the way to the bottom.
•
If the ball or cage is damaged, replace the ball-float assembly.
Adjust pick-up tube adapter bracket
•
The pick-up tube adapter hole must align with the hole in the recovery tank. The angle of the pick-up
tube adapter can be adjusted
•
Remove the pick-up (vacuum) hose from the bottom of the pick-up tube adapter.
•
Loosen the (2) bolts that hold the bracket to the solution tank.
•
Adjust the bracket so the gasket on the top of the pick-up tube is flush and parallel with the bottom
surface of the recovery tank.

Tighten the (2) bolts
