Uninstalling
To uninstall the product:

Uninstall
from the product‘s group in the start menu on the Exchange Server or use
Add/Remove programs from the Control Panel of the server.
2. Confirm that you want to uninstall the product from the window that is displayed and the product
will uninstall itself.
The program will leave its log directory, registry keys, and associated accounts in place to
accommodate future installations or upgrades.
Note:
Given the standard options of the Installation software, it is possible to select ―Modify‖ as an
option if the setup file is launched after the product is installed. However, since there are no options
to install only individual elements of the product, this choice does not allow you to make any changes
to the product.
Complete Removal of Product
If an administrator wishes to remove all elements of the installation, the following additional steps may
be performed after uninstalling the product.
Delete the Installation Directory and Logs Directory.
(Default:
C:\Program Files\TANDBERG\Conferencing eXtensions for Microsoft

)

Delete the tmsconfuser user account from the Windows Server hosting Cisco TMS and the user
profile in Cisco TMS.

attempted immediately after removing or modifying service or resource accounts. Sufficient time
must be given to allow Active Directory replication to complete before attempting to install Cisco
TMSXE again.
