3. Locate the OFT file on the computer, and double-click it to open it. It will open a form in Outlook
that looks like the standard Appointment form except there is an extra tab labeled
TANDBERG
If you get a warning saying the custom form could not be opened, or the form does not display the
TANDBERG tab the form must be opened using an alternative method due to changes in Outlook
security
Alternative Method to Open Form
a. Close the Appointment form if it is currently open
b. In Outlook, Select from the
File Me
nu > New… > Choose Form…
c.
Change the
Look In
dropdown menu to
User templates in File System
d. Click the
Browse
button to locate the folder where you copied the OFT file to and click
OK.
e. VideoConference should be seen in the list, highlight it and Click
Open
f.
You can now continue with the normal publishing steps
