by using the up or down arrow to highlight your choice
and then press the

button to save or delete .

If you choose to
Save to Contacts
, you will be returned
to the
Contacts Entry
menu, where you can edit the
information .
If you choose to
Send Messages

Clear This List
or
Clear This Entry
, you will see
the message “
Are you sure you want to delete this list/en-
try?
” Press
Yes
(left soft key) to delete or
No
(right soft
key) to exit without changes .

You can access the Contact menu through the Main Menu
or by pressing the
Contacts
(right soft key) when in the
standby mode .
To add a Contact:
Main Menu > Contacts or Contacts
When the handset is in the standby mode, press the
select
button to see the Main Menu options . Press
the
left
or
rght
arrow to select
Contacts
, if it is not
on-screen . Or you can press
Contacts
(right soft key)
when you are in standby mode .
Press the
select
button to access the Contacts list . All
current Contacts will display . If there are no names, a
blank screen will display .
Press
Optons
(left soft key) . A sub-screen will display,
press the
up
or
down
arrow to highlight
Add New
Entry.
Main Menu > Contacts > Add New Entry or Contacts > Add New Entry
Press the
select
button .
Contact Entry
will display .
You can add the Contact’s Name, Home Phone, Work
Phone, Mobile Phone, Email address and street address .
Use the handset’s keypad to enter the information .
Press
OK
(select button) when you are finished .

To delete a Contact:
When the handset is in standby mode, press the
