Overlays provide an easy way to help troubleshoot problems, monitor stream 
characteristics, or decode closed captioning. 

CAUTION:

 All overlays will appear on the downstream video. 

Use the 

Up 

and

buttons to move the cursor to "Overlay," then press the 

Enter 

button.
