ppp multilink fragment disable Command
To disable packet fragmentation, use the
ppp multilink fragment disable
command in interface
configuration mode. To enable fragmentation, use the
no
form of this command.

Usage Guidelines for the ppp multilink fragment disable Command
The
ppp multilink fragment delay
and
ppp multilink interleave
commands have precedence over the
ppp multilink fragment disable
command. Therefore, the
ppp multilink fragment disable
command
has no effect if these commands are configured for a multilink interface and the following message
displays:
Warning: 'ppp multilink fragment disable' or 'ppp multilink fragment maximum' will be
ignored, since multilink interleaving or fragment delay has been configured and have
higher precedence.
To completely disable fragmentation, you must do the following:
Router(config-if)#
no ppp multilink fragment delay
Router(config-if)#
no ppp multilink interleave
Router(config-if)#
