Troubleshooting

Please review the following Troubleshooting Guide to solve

common problems you may encounter with your Printer. If the

problems are not covered in the Troubleshooting Guide, please

contact the company where you purchased your Printer. If they

can’t assist you, please contact PC World technical support at

Make sure the battery pack is

installed properly.

Recharge the battery pack.

No label (paper) movement

Adjust or replace platen drive

gears as required.

Select the correct label

sensor type (for label media).
