Free repair regulations
1. If the product fails during the warranty period after use according to the instructions
in the manual, we will repair it for free.
* If you would like to request a free repair, please either bring the product (main
body, attachment and power adapter) and warranty card to the dealer where you
purchased it, or contact the original seller and send the product (main body,
attachment and power adapter), warranty card, and a memo containing the details
of the failure and your return address to the original seller.
2. Even within the warranty period, there will be a charge in the following cases.

Failure or damage due to improper use not in accordance with the instruction
manual
②
Failure or damage resulting from improper repair or alteration
③
Failure or damage due to transportation or dropping after purchase
④
Failure or damage when the product is used for purposes other than household
use (for example, for business use)

If you do not show the warranty card

If the warranty card does not include the date of purchase, customer name or
dealer name, or if the wording is changed.

Failure and damage caused when installed in vehicles, vessels, etc.
⑧
Failure or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural
disasters, abnormal voltage, undesignated power supply (voltage and
frequency), etc.

Failure and damage caused by improper repair or alteration performed outside
our company
3. This warranty card is valid only in Japan.
This warranty card will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.
This warranty card guarantees free repair under the terms and conditions specified
in this document. Therefore, this warranty card does not limit your legal rights. If
you have any questions about post-warranty repairs, please contact your dealer or
the original seller.
