About the warranty card
Keep the warranty card in a safe place after checking its contents and making sure
that the "date of purchase" has been filled in correctly. The warranty period is one
year from the date of purchase.

Before requesting a repair
Before requesting a repair, read this manual carefully and check the product again.
If any abnormality exists, contact your dealer or the original seller.

Communication in case of failure
Please contact your dealer or the original seller.

Post-warranty repair
For repair, contact your dealer or the original seller of the product, and send the
product (main body, attachment and power adapter) along with the warranty card
and a memo containing the details of the failure and your return address to your
dealer.
Repairs after the warranty period are charged. Also, you will be responsible for the
shipping fee. After the repair, we will send the product back to you by courier.
Please note that we may reject the repair request if the function of the product
cannot be maintained even after repair.
